We've covered our favourites to eat and drink (whilst playing GW) but what about to cook? What really gets those creative juices going? Most of us cook for ourselves but what do you cook when there're guests? Recipes or just opinions, post below!

Well Alex, I love Pollo Rustica, an easy to cook chicken pasta dish that tastes superb. Sun-dried tomatoes are a must have and pesto on the chicken really brings the flavour to a new level.

Give it a shot, don't forget the Parmesan!

Ooo I love to cook Chicken breast stuffed with brie and caramelised onions wrapped in parma ham, with a collection of seasonal vegetables.

Easy to make, slice chicken breast to stuff. Add brie that has had the hard bit cut off. Add caramelised onion (just fry diced onions till golden brown), then wrap in parma ham. bung in the over and in 25-35 mins you ahve a lovely chicken breast

Veg....well either steam or boil depending on how you like it.

Dessert!
Chocolate truffles!

Requires: Caster Sugar, Cream, dark chocolate, butter; and a liqueur or something if you want. Will find the recipe I use and put it up. Cant remember the amounts but its simple to make

Edit: Added recipe for chocolate truffles

everyone that i have cooked for in the last four years loves my coconut chicken.  which is chicken in a very yummy scrummy sauce thing that would take too long to explain served with asparagus (love it) and red peppers.

i do cheat with deserts and buy em cause i can't be bothered to faff about with them however i am an excellent cake maker when i set my mind to it.

ah my people i give you the christmas baking saga....

http://file046b.bebo.com/11/large/2008/11/09/14/7630140438a9374820799l.jpg

what happens when you put a christmas cake into the oben at the wrong temperature for two hours

http://file046b.bebo.com/3/large/2008/11/12/22/7630140438a9405172488l.jpg

and then what happens to your cupcakes when you make the mixture then realise that you threw the muffin tin out a few weeks before...

as you can see it was all going excellently well with the first batch of everything

I can make stuff like pancakes, bratwurst, and eggs for breakfast. lunch would be grilled cheese sandwiches or some kind of toasted pocket sandwich (not sure what you call it but..) its just 2 pieces of bread with lunch meat and cheese put into a sandwich maker that toasts and/or grills it... (I can post pics if you need). for dinner, I can make stirfry (guests are usually over for dinner so that is what I would give them. I can also make smoothies for dessert. if I don't have much to cook with I can make bread and milk, which is just a bowl of milk with bread pieces thrown in and sometimes ice cream and/or fruit.
