This post contains some technical junk if you don't want to read it, skip it and just know that there are no upside down numbers or capital letters.

They use a unicode text which is just a bunch of symbols that every computer in the universe can display, including symbols that appear to be upside down. the problem is that it has limited capital letters when it is inverted, so they just use lower case exclusively here. the unicode text also does not have any inverted numbers. the font used is called "Arial Unicode MS".
