The principle behind the build posted below is to take on Shiro solo in the penultimate Night Fall mission (you can also take on Shiro solo in the final Factions mission with this, but it does require patience and you don't get anything for it). I got this build from Thempest, I assume he got it from PvX wiki or something... but maybe he didn't.

Dagger Mastery 12 + 1 -> 4 (I have it at 13 and it works fine, but 16 would be even better)

15^50 zealous daggers of shelter or fortitude (maybe enchanting)
Dagger Mastery or Critical Strikes mask
Minor Rune of Shadow Arts
Minor or major Rune of Critical Strikes

Use
You only need Wild Blow if you are taking on Shiro, if you are using this build for more general purposes (Death Blossom gives some nice AoE damage) you might consider changing your secondary to monk or ritualist for unlimited res and swapping Wild Blow for Critical Eye. Keep your enchantments up and spam your attacks.

If you are taking on Shiro in the final Night Fall mission, isolate him from The Lich and attack him first. In the early stages of combat you may need a monk just on the edge of your aggro circle to heal you (I do, but some of you may be better at this). Make sure no one else in your party attacks Shiro but just let them stand back and enjoy the show. When Shiro uses Battle Scars, remove it with Wild Blow, keep your enchantments up (Wild Blow also gives a critical hit that will refresh Critical Defenses and Critical Agility) and begin your attack chain with Golden Phoenix Strike, then you can alternate Death Blossom and Moebius Strike. Once Shiro's health is below 50% you can spam these.
