Sure, LA - Sanctum Cay
Sanctum Cay mission which ports you to Amnoon Oasis
From Amnoon Oasis, head East - stop of at Augury Rock for a rest.
From Augury Rock go out into the desert and find the portal that takes you to Crystal Overlook.
From Crystal Overlook, head to Ruins of Morah,
Go through the Alkali Pan to Bone Palace.
South through Joko's Domain to Remains of Sahlahja.
Through the Sulpherous Wastes to the Gates of Desolation outpost.
Head South through Turai's Procession and then through Jahai Bluffs.
From Jahai Bluffs, head to The Floodplain of Mahnkelon, then onto Moddok Crevice.
From Moddok Crevice, go into Bahdok Caverns, exit at Wehhan Terraces.
From Wehhan Terraces go East through Yatendi Canyons to the Chantry of Secrets.
At the Chantry of Secrets, go through to the secret area for people who have completed NF, kneel at the shrine and talk to the Goddess of Secrets.

Of course, you can't take anyone who hasn't completed Nightfall with you... but it is possible.

If any of my route is incorrect or someone remembers the exact location of the portal from the Crystal Desert to Crystal Overlook please correct me.

I haven't tried it and it would take a couple of hours at least, but I think it all checks out ok. If anyone wants to try it... be my guest I'm curious myself.

ill be happy to run as well, i like running from LA to sanctum cay (which incase u guys didn't know, is the mission that takes you to the desert in prophecis)
