While Slaver's Exhile isn't actually as hard as people make it out to be, finding a PUG that isn't either all about the bear, or insists on using the build proposed by whichever wiki is flavour of the month, or knows their profession well enough to play outside of their usual build is... well... difficult. To stop me and Kit from going mad with these parties we need the assistance of you guys. And so we're nice and organised, we're going to tackle him on Monday evening.

To help us, you gotta be Duncan ready (I'm happy to help with any of the other four bosses).

We need to have:
A Duncan Killer (this is the person solely responsible for killing the boss - I've seen a necro and a mesmer do it, other professions could probably do it too).

A healer (HB monk is traditional here)

A protector (again, monk is traditional)

Frozen Soil (to prevent the Stone Summit from getting each other back on their feet)

Swap (for moving those pesky spirits around Duncan, the Duncan Killer usually takes this but someone else can bring it, or even more than one person)

Tank (Kit)

Snare (to hold those enemies in place)

Damage (a couple of nukers would be ideal)


My ranger is currently ready to take on Duncan, but I can also get my monk Duncan ready if someone else wishes to bring a ranger. Like I say, it's not as hard as people think. The party my monk went with had: Nessarose (prot), Tahlkora (heal), A/R (barrage/frozen soil), W/E (obsi tank), A/Mo (Ursan), E/A (nuker with swap), Me/E (Duncan killer)

You may say errr.. that's only seven. Yes, it is, we had a second ele but they left after ten minutes in the dungeon. If you can help, let us know and if you need assistance or company getting Duncan ready, just ask.

my ranger (sheep on drugs) just needs Dunacn in nm to complete the book, I've done all the sub bosses but would happily help someone else through them. I've tried with a hero/hench team but can't kill Duncan due to Hero insanity. Any help/company/charity/pity would be gratefully accepted

I still need all four bosses to get to do Duncan in HM for my dungeon guide, I'll try and work on it so if a group comes up then I can join in.
