Kit's Mission Night

Need help on a mission or quest? Every Thursday (barring pre-planned events or my absence) from 7pm GMT will be dedicated to helping you through what you need.

Simply post here with your in-game name (if you're not a frequent forumer) and the name of the quest or mission you need help with and we will aim to move down the list.

Extra notes:

- Unfortunately Mission Night cannot include 'elite' missions or areas (e.g. FoW, Urgoz, DoA) due to their lengthy duration. If you wish to do one of these, please post about it on the forum and perhaps an outing can be arranged.

- There will be odd occasions where my help alone will be useless- particularly in Nightfall missions - and so we may have to postpone if there aren't enough alliance members online who wish to help out. If this does occur, your mission will be kept at the top of the list.

- Should there not be enough time to complete your mission, you will be a priority for the next time.

- Do be sensible about posting for help. If a large quantity of posts happen but some are from the same person each time, a player who has had no help for a while may be placed ahead. Hopefully this sort of thing won't need to happen as we may have more than one mission group running at a time.

- People who use this thread to post will be helped first so please don't just sign onto Guild Wars and spam me for help. Please, please use this board.

- Sadly we can no longer try doing missions just for the sake of testing a team build. It takes too long and, if you're anything like me, you don't have all the skills in existence or play in any sensible manner :P



Please don't hesitate to ask alliance members for help at other times of the week too, this is just a more official 'help time'. A big thanks to anyone who would like to be involved in this event and if my guild wish to be totally in on it then by all means I'll change "Kit's" to "TSO's Mission Night" :P

If me and my pet toad Froggy want to toally be in on it can it be called "Kit, Matt and Froggy's Mission Night"?

Lol maybe I should just call it Mission Night when it comes down to it but I'll leave it as is on the note as I'm the founder. *Smarms* :P

My ranger (Angelica Frozz) is at  the primary Quest "Rally The Princes"

My Dervish (Cerridwen Fahranur) is in Tyria/Prophecies at the Ice Caves Mission
and In Factions doing the primary quest: "Closer to the stars"

If anyone else needs help, I don't mind waiting

I might do this before the alloted time but pm me in game or alliance chat, any time is a good time. But even better an organised group on mission night!!!!!!!!!!!

[Edit2] I've added HM EotN PQs if anyone's interested... but HM Mission and VQs currently take priority, but don't mind. pm me!!

[Edit3]: I'm just going to remove them as they are done, so this post will eventually become smaller, and just say if you want to do one together, otherwise, have fun! (though I doubt people read this post often!) Although any that are done ON mission night shall stay.

I'm happy to help with any of the others of course   but it looks like a number of missions in Tyria are mutually beneficial.

I also have an ele very early on in Tyria (Ruins of Surmia) and a necro who is yet to do Minister Cho's Estate... these two could do with some motivation (the necro needs more motivation than the ele).... but with lower level characters, it's more fun if they get motivation from other lower level characters...

Methinks my Assassin's at Rally the Princes and my Mesmer's just reached the Torment, as for EotN, I need everything in HM (for my monk) and all of it in NM for my mesmer and assassin except Norn-land. My Paragon's nailed Prophecies and is waiting to see if Harv is gonna join me for Factions before moving on. Adam's got to the Sunspear Sanctuary and needs the rest of NF and all of EotN (Although I get bored of him, so he's not a priority).

I think that's all of them, if anyone needs any of the missions leave a note below or PM me and I'll nail their tails to wait for you

How about we start with hard mode Sanctum next Thurs then as at least three people need it

OK sure, I'll leave sanctum cay until then...

although the reason rose and I only need mission is because we (being me, rose, svynn, frizz) did the bonus already, and failed the "mission only" a few items until sleep demanded to be heard.

But I guess we can do bonus again.

errm mind you the party size is 6
and it seems we would have up to 4 monks :O

Have you seen how many undead there are? Surely a smiter is just as effective as an ele there?

Hmm...this is why it was easier if you all posted *one* thing at a time that people needed help with. It's soooo much harder trying to work out stuff to fit people than to move down a list providing that one person is online.

So erm...since Frizz had help last week, first on the list will *still* be Sanctum Cay, but we'll probably just do the mission because it's the first thing on Wind's list and he's the next post in line.
