Recharge time on Ballad of Restoration and Song of Restoration is now 30 seconds.

"Watch Yourself" was nerfed a while back and now ends after two attacks with Tactics at 7.

Recharge time on Ballad and Song of Restoration has been reverted to 20 seconds... so this is a little less nerfed.

God, are they gonna nerf EVERYTHING?
And why? I can't even recall ever being beaten by those skills :s

They un-nerfed Ballad and Song of Restoration. I think "Watch Yourself" was nerfed because it was being over-used by warrior secondaries (particularly paragons) so they changed it to make it less warrior-secondary-friendly. Or something. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

it was a constant +14 armor bonus in PvP. = unbalanced
that makes it like permanent fertile soil (anti spike skill)
without the health bonus. But imo it's nerfed a little too much but ok.
