basics:
use conjure frost
use heart of holy flame and attacker's insight (drops energy cost and is an easy enchant for mystic sweep
use harriers haste, run to your target en use chilling, mystic (has to be first or second because insight ends now) and finish with wounding (the deep wound and bleeding will eventually kill the target when not healed, but another attack should do the trick)

very easy and fast spike

suffers from no healing, no anti-condition, blockable, normal melee hate
