Runes: +4 Domination Magic (sup + head)
+1 fast casting and or +1 insperation can be handy
It's not too hard to use.
Basically you search for a foe with little or no enchantments.
If they have no enchantments spike them with
First Enchanters conundrum then usually right after shatter delusions. this will do about 200 dmg if they didnt had any enchantments.
To spike even better:  Shatter enchantment (if they have on enchament)> Drain enchantment if they have more enchants>enchanters conundrum(when they have no enchants left) > Powerspike to interupt if they are casting a spell or even better an enchantment > shatter delusions.
This way you can hit one person with about 126+126+126+79 dmg But usually you're casting only the elite and shatter delusions.
The interupt is very hard to use here too. and you have to be lucky.
In the other two slots you can put:
- another nasty domination hex (backfire-empathy etc.)
- Some energy gain spell
- interupt
- ressurect
- disenchantment spells/signets if you like
- any secondary proffession things you like

Unfortunately, Enchanter's Conundrum was nerfed the day I got it, it now reads "For 10 seconds, target foe casts Enchantments 100% slower. WHEN THIS HEX IS APPLIED, that foe takes 30...102 damage if not under the effects of an Enchantment Spell." So you have to remove enchantments from them before casting making Shatter Delusions a bit pointless really

not at all... the usage is just different
...now remove enchants before you apply and use shatter like right after.

with no effect on end it's a waste of a hex if you shatter it, you might as well let them cast at double duration and add interrupts to the optional slots.

that was allways the case rly. You were removing EC before it really had any effect on this build anyways. (at least the way i use it) Except there's now a 1/4s (less because of fastcasting) time between the 126 and 79 dmg...from EC and shatterdelusions (casting time of shatter delusions that is). But yea it was allways a waste maybe.

However it does make the spiking ability with Shatter Enchantment and Power spike alot less.

and just as a matter of point, there's no conundrum if you've already taken the damage - they should rename it Price of Enchantlessness or something less wordy
