With a high Sunspear rank, this build becomes a great replacement for the Signet of Illusions PvE skill spammer. Use Ether Nightmare followed by Echo and then hit them with two Cry's of Pain, they'll be between 50-200 health down and have Degen, wait for the Ether Nightmare to recharge and get them again with the same chain, if low on energy use Ether Lord followed by Ether Signet for a huge boost, for health try Ether Feast.

Armour should have high energy and high inspiration with an optional Fast Casting of over 12, the rest is upto you.
