     Armor:
              I would use a full armor with Energy Upgrades and
              one Superior Vigor.

     Weapons:
                One-Hand Weapon with Energy while enchanted
                and halves casting Time
                Off-Hand Weapon with Halves Recharge Time and
                Fire Magic +1 (20%)
                - thats my favourite build -

• Usage:
  

     
     Alway keep your Fire Attunement up, or will get Energy
     problems because of spamming Searing Flames.

• Note:
  

     If you have a good Healing Monk with you, you can replace
     the resurrection spell with other skills like Flame Burst.

...mm pretty much it:
variations:
- put in glyph of sacrifice for fireball for instant meteor shower.
- go E/Me with mesmer secondary, and put in arcane echo for fireball or glyph of lesser energy.

2 superior runes is risky in times of d.p. Superior energy storage gives your +9 energy, minor energy storage gives you +3 energy

Immolate is handy in times of low energy.  At a 10 energy cost it causes burning an damage. Without immolate to get glowing gaze to work you would need to cast searing flames, costing 15 energy and causing no extra damage bar burning.
Cast glowing gaze after to regain energy.

Echo is a great tool for any ele if used to well. I'm looking into uning echo with searing flames to half combat time.  SF casting time would then be 1 second instead of 2. Energy loss would be higher.

Oh yea you dont need a superior energy run anyways..
SF and glowing can are great for getting energy.

..And offcourse you can echo Glowing gaze for extra energy if you copy that spell.

I think that is a great build for a fire ele, I use most of these skills with stormy but I have to say that fire attunement and elemental attunement used together means you never run out of energy. I use the two together and then can span 25 or 15 costing skills without ever going below 40 energy.
