Runes:
all +3 Monk Runes
+1 Smiting head gear.

Use:
Basic 55hp monking (not gonna explain that here rly)
- Maintaining enchantments first
- PS before aggroing, dont recast until it is flickering
- mystic regen
- on of the prot spells which you need to.. switch between to keep them up
- when the monsters are all on you, you do Shield of judgement and hit any Knocked down foe with the touch spells
(because of the holy dmg.. this works great versus undead)

Farming spots:
HM Undead outside Bergen hot springs
HM Undead in gates of krytta mission
HM fahranur city (in the ruins not the skree and the bugs they have healers)

It's a good movie buuut one thing is, the two prot spells can you make em get all at once.. without dieing
but i dunno your method might be better i guess

My method is for energy management cause thats something i have  lot of trouble with, and your right your build can get alot more people at once, but what happens when theres the odd hellhound or archer left and your on 0 energy, you wont be able to cast both PS and MR in time

This build is a lot harder with the nerf of Mystic Regen

it's still doable... mending and healing breeze works but makes the build alot slower.. also Resilient was Xiko is a nice option. But it's still doable just alot harder.

There are many variations to 55hp. Depends on your own preferences and the situation. May I think that this build was meant for a 105? ^^
I don't rlly see how this build would be a problem with 55 hp. And if it's rlly too hard maybe you'd consider ditching earth prayers for healing prayers and taking healing breeze and mending instead of mystic and Shield of absorption. Or your preferences might include that other enchantment that gives you energy every time you get hit for the extra energy.
And I don't know how hard these undead are,  but maybe you could take that signet that gives you energy for every enchantment you're maintaining.
