• Equipment:
  

 Weapons:

     I would prefer a One-Hand Weapon and an Off-Hand Weapon
     with Divine Favor requirements, so you can use them not
     not only for Fast Heal Monk.
     Energy Boost - +5^50 in the wand and +12 Off-Hand -  
     and Halves Recharge Time of Healing Prayer Spells
     - 20% each - will be good. +30 Health is nice but not    
     essential.

 Armor:
     
     You'll need every point of Energy, so you can take
     Radiant's Insignia or my personal favourite Ascetic Armor.
     Runes of Attunement are also very nice.

• Usage:
  

     Always keep Healer's Boon up and cast Holy Haste right
     before you attack enemies.

• Note:
  

     If you don't know what to take in the free slot, here are
     some variations:

         - Signet of Capture
         - Mend Aliment/Dismiss Conditions
         - Lightbringers Gaze (Lightbringer Point Farming)
         - Healing Touch (for healing yourself)
