       This Build is very usefull at "Abaddon's Gate"!

       Try not to use Heal Party without Glyph, then you
       won't have much Energy problems.

       The free slot depends on the quest you're doing.
       
       You can also switch "Dwayna's Kiss" or
       "Orison of Healing" with "Words of Comfort", depending
       on each strategy.

Looks like Suvi and I were answering this question at the same time there's no need to repeat all that information so I'll just leave the last part of my post:

If you want these skills for your heroes you can unlock them with Balthazar Points (1,000 points for a standard skill, 3,000 for an elite skill) by talking to a Priest of Balthazar. You may also be able to get them from a hero skill trainer.

Healing Ribbon or Seed of Life are nice to go in the optional slot.  I prefer for everyone else in the party to bring res so that the monk can concentrate on monking, so I would usually take both of these skills over res.
