This is a basic interrupt build, and may be modified to suit your needs at certain missions.
Punishing Shot can be exchanged for Broadhead Arrow (this is particularly useful at Unwaking Waters) where you want your foes to be dazed, the drawbacks of Broadhead Arrow are that it costs more energy and has a longer recharge time than Punishing Shot.
In Dragon's Lair, if you are interrupting because your party wants the bonus, you may even put Greater Conflagration in as your elite (this turns all damage to Fire Damage - which ignore Jagged Crystal Skin and makes her much easier to kill.)
Apply Poison is not always suitable - in general if you can't use poison you'll either need Winter or you can replace it with Ignite Arrows or Kindle Arrows.
If you have a short bow or a recurve bow you will not need Read The Wind.
Attributes
Expertise 12 + (1-3)
Wilderness Survival 9 + (1-3)
Marksmanship 10 + (1-3)
High expertise is key as it reduces the energy cost of your skills, I have my expertise at 13 for interrupting and my skills cost exactly half the energy they usually would.
Equipment
A recurve bow is ideal, failing that a short bow.
Runes in Expertise, Wilderness Survival and Marksmanship.
