This is the team build I set up for the TIG-Urgoz clear, it works well but is more geared at a NM run for newer players then a professional HM-clear.

I'm relatively experienced at Urgoz Warren and because there's no longer a team build saved on PvX Wiki (Which I despise...) I thought I'd write up the general team on here. Allow an hour for your team to gather and build, an additional three hours for a Normal Mode run and four and a half hours in Hard Mode. Add a further two hours if your team has no player experienced in the workings of the warren.

You will need

3 Monks
2 Necromancers
1 Ranger
1 tank (Most likely Warrior)
5 Elementalists

The monks

Monking is where I'm most experienced and the builds are hard to fault, if you want an easy job in Urgoz, take monk. The monks should be at least two human monks as hero AI is too fallible.

Energy is more crucial then health because if you take any damage it's already too much, aim to have about 53+ Energy and about 500+ Health, with an even number in Divine Favour, this maximizes skill efficiency. Prep your tank with Protective Spirit and Shield of Absorption before every encounter, when the tank has the full attention of all foes, unload Seed of Life (Be sure to co-ordinate with the other monks, don't cast all Seeds at once), whilst Seed of Life is going semi-nuclear, renew Shield of Absorption. Because Seed of Life is not maintainable, sustain Healer's Boon and use Orison of Healing when appropriate. Heal Party shouldn't be needed until the Degeneration Room and the last room, use it scarcely and in conjunction with Glyph of Lesser Energy.

The pair of Necromancers

1hp Minion Master

Using the same principle as the 55HP tank, a 1hp MM needn't worry about sacrifice costs. Mending and Protective Spirit is enough to counter the sacrifice costs but little more, this build requires an experienced human necromancer.

Standard Minion Mastery should be enough. Maintain Protective Spirit and Mending. At the beginning, use Blood Ritual to accumulate enough Death Penalty to acheive 1hp.  (This template is flawed, replace Resurrection Chant with any other resurrection skill)

Blood is Power Necro

This is a much simpler necro build and the job can be easily delegated to a hero.  The monks will be, at best, stretched. Blood is Power counters the natural strain of the high energy spells and can still support damage output through fueling the Elementalists. The only required skill is Blood is Power, leaving the rest of the build to be incredibly flexible.

This build is only a suggestion, the only skill that has to stay is Blood is Power, the rest is totally down to player discretion. Anti-melee curses is probably the strongest way to go, providing defence through offence. This should be a support role, do not run this build if you want damage.

Edge of Extinction Trapper

A good trapper will remove the threat of a lot of rooms and also help defend the monks. The skill of the Trapper will determine the success in the first room. Trap at the end of the corridor and place Edge of Extinction at the top of the hill, around the corner (There should be a chamber if you head away from the monsters at the start). Edge of Extintion will also help immensly in killing Urgoz.

Trap at every opportunity, cover the chokepoints and leave cripple inducing traps behind your team, should you need to retreat. This must be a human. Heroes cannot use this build efficiently and will hinder your team during combat.

The Warrior Tank

The Warrior must be human and experienced, the level of experience required is equal to that of the Warrior tank in the Steel Wall team build, aimed at The Deep. Recall is your insurance, if all goes the way of the Dodo for whatever reason, cancel it and jump back to safety.

If you've experience in The Deep, this is a similar tactic, with more defence then offence. If you've no experience in The Deep (Steel Wall) then you shouldn't be trying to tank. If however, you believe you are experienced enough, this should be no problem.

The Elementalists

The elementalists possess the easiest builds and all of them can be heroes if your team is absent of human damage dealers.

The Victim

The victim is named so because his or her elite is stolen by every other elementalist on the team. Only one of this sort of elementalist is required and although it is preferred that it is human, can be run by heroes.

Simply maintain both attunements and deal damage heavily. The only complex part to this build is the Arcane Echo chain. In short, Arcane Echo --> Meteor Shower --> Glyph of Sacrifice --> Meteor Shower. The echoed Meteor Shower would never have recharged in time anyway, Glyph of Sacrifice allows two consecutive showers of pain for foes.

The theives

The theives counter the energy loss of high-cost energy spells by utilizing two elite skills, balancing damage and energy. This build requires some micro-management from the owner of the hero with regards to Arcane Mimicry, other then that, it's totally hero-friendly.

Steal Elemental Attunement from the Victim and spam Searing Flames to oblivion. A 20% Enchanting mod is required to hold Elemental Attunement up over the recharge of Arcane Mimicry.

I would write up a walkthrough of Urgoz but A) It'd take me forever B) My memory's not that great and C) Wiki's probably got a much better write up then whatever I could concoct.

Time to get back to GW, happy hunting.
