I'd like to say that the guildwars universe is a HUGE place, even if you take only the outpost and towns.
In addition to saying come find me you might want to give some hints about your location.(I hope to be online this weekend again after 2 weeks of no gw test week is over, so i got to work hard again for studies :P)

will it be from all three games?
or will it be split up into seperate competitions?

first to Quarion:
Yes it is a huge place, but think about that you'll get a green item for finding Rose, and it will be boring if you get one item for kind of no work.
Sometimes it's more difficult to get one of these items than finding Rose i think.

now to zack:
As far as I understood it, it will be in all three games.
But you shouldn't worry about that, because Rose wrote that you will have several chances to get an item.
And I don't believe that Rose would make it unfair to those who don't have all three games.

And to clarify, I could be ANYWHERE in the game, you will have SEVERAL opportunities to find me. I MAY narrow it down to a continent, if I'm feeling generous. To win a prize, you need to find me and join my party when I tell you I am hiding.
