This idea comes to us from the outstandingly creative, witty and clever chap we all know as Frizz - so congratulations to him for winning 5K and his choice of something from Kodr Prizes bags.

The contest will run next weekend - no league system this time. Each time a team wins all members get a prize.

So... how will it work? To directly quote Frizz...

Both teams enter a scrimmage and try to capture the flagstand and hold it for as long as possible (1 referee on each team that keeps the score and checks moral boosts and such.. (hitting the referee is -1 point :P)
The teams go and try to hold the flag stand to keep their moral high and fence it of the other team. Killing is allowed, but doesnt score points.. every 2 minutes of holding should give a moral bonus and that  gives the points for every 2 minutes of holding you win a point. A team will never get to 60DP since the referee shouldnt be killed. At a specific time (5-10 minutes or so) sides switch. (so one teams resign and then gets the Guildhall side and the other way around).

Teams of four (although if you wish for your team to be you and three heroes or three hench that's allowed too.) As it's his idea I will be asking Frizz to act as the second referee but if he is unable to do it... volunteers please  

Anyone wishing to take part just bug me in alliance chat (well, bug everyone really.... you will need opposition after all).

Also i made up this idea because it's a used in many GvG's to hold the flag stand (because of the moral boost)
Not that we do those much..

Anyways, forming teams with players only works alot better than with 3 heroes (they won't/can't carry the flag, split up etc.)

There are several things that are important or that you can think of:
Running skills, Snaring Skills, Protection of the runners, healing, damage for killing or pressing your foe not to go towards your position, Wards, spirits, traps (or other stationary things) Single pressure (assassins mesmers or other) or multiple pressure with Area of effect, multiple hexes on every target.
Also you could choose for one runner two three or just everyone takes a run skill. Also good communication can help.

Well i could say alot more... But maybe you can come up with some tactics, i just named tasks.. and since you can only take 4 people.. well you need to think a little. Or you could just have fun and jump in ^^

It wasn't that great of a success due its collision with AB weekend, will it be ran again next weekend?

Yea i sure hope so..
It's a nice game to just play around with.. or to be really tactical if teams are big enough.
Or just fool around with the flag. :P
