I wuz online nd then a message appeared sayin that guild wars has a new build, quit and restart guild wars. so i did, but then, i couldn't connect, it said that i couldn't reach any login servers... i dunno.. is anybody experiencing the same thing??

I have experienced the same thing before. There are a lot of connection problems in Europe (oweing to the fact that there isn't ACTUALLY a European server - they just like to make us think there is one).
Next time GW updates you will be able to log in problem free (assuming the problem is at their end). Just to make sure the problem isn't at your end, if you are connected to the internet via a router, try re-setting it.
