This build still needs a little work and I would very much appreciate your suggestions. This is great for AB at Saltspray and Kaanai Canyon - given that the Luxons are generally well organised at Etneran Keys it can mostly hold its own there too.

This build relies heavily on enchantments and is consequently very poor against necromancers with Defile Enchantments (e.g. NPC necros at Grenz Frontier)and care needs to be taken around mesmers; however the massive health regeneration you get most of the time is enough to give trouble to most other classes.

Skills
Way of the Empty Palm (Elite, Deadly Arts)
Sharpen Daggers  (Critical Strikes)
Golden Phoenix Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Repeating Strike  (Dagger Mastery)
Nine Tail Strike  (Dagger Mastery)
Critical Defenses  (Critical Strikes)
Assassins Remedy  (Critical Strikes)
Mystic Regeneration  (Earth Prayers)

Attributes
At present, they stand as:
Critical Strikes 11 + 1 + 1
Dagger Mastery 9 + 1
Deadly Arts 8 + 1
Earth Prayers 8

A rune of major Deadly Arts would be preferable to minor Deadly Arts.

Use
You must have at least one enchantment on you to begin your attacks as Golden Phoenix Strike fails if you are not under the effects of an enchantment.
Keeping up Way of the Empty Palm allows you to spam Repeating Strike like there is no tomorrow and proves very effective against foes silly enough to run around on their own.
Ensuring you are always under the effects of Mystic Regeneration means you always have health regen of 3 - 15 depending on how many of your enchantments you are using at the time.
With 12 or 15 health regen you can easily take down most groups of three or four foes (providing no one strips your enchantments.)

Health regen does not go above 10
even if it would be 15...it only does the work of the 10 health regen.

Even so, unless something strips enchantments you're pretty much unkillable .

I've taken to swapping Assassins Remedy for a rebirth signet or Sharpen Daggers for Lightbringer's Gaze depending on the circumstances.

Where conditions are rife, I keep Assassin's Remedy and put the res signet in the Critical Defenses slot.

With the changes to Way of the Empty Palm, this needs to be edited. Should be done in the next couple of days
