As you all know, two key guilds have left us this weekend. Following their surprise decisions, I am inviting all existing alliance members to a meeting on Thursday evening and if any former alliance members wish to attend just drop me a pm requesting a guest invite.

Rest assured, we are not disbanding but decisions do need to be made. If anyone has any suggestions they would like to offer up for discussion please send me a PM.

What time you thinking of holding it?

Probably 8 or 9pm GMT... maybe earlier, but I have a sneaking suspicion it's the school's Christmas production and I'll be half expected to watch it... even if I have seen it rehearsed a bajillion times.

Oh yes, meeting at 9pm GMT... sorry for the late notice - near Christmas life gets manic...

After the meeting, the outcomes were:

1. There will be fortnightly meetings to which guild leaders and officers are invited. A representative from each guild should attend at least every other meeting. When Rose is not available to chair a meeting, she will ask someone to step in.

2. When people log on, they will make an effort to make an open offer of help unless they have immediate plans with other alliance members, and if someone calls for help people will try to give an estimated time of when they will be available to help if they cannot do so immediately.

3. More activities will be offered - details of these will be sorted out at the fortnightly meetings.

4. If a guild is well and truly inactive - down to 1 faction and unheard of in alliance chat for a long time - they will be kicked from the alliance.

5. New guilds will still be recruited in the same way they always have been - on recommendation of an existing alliance member with a leader no younger than 16 years of age and the guild must be at least two weeks old.
