April is a good month for competitions. I have recently been donated loads of stuff (mini-pets, green weapons, seasonal items, gold)- I know how hard it is to give this stuff away. You guys just will not take it. So, I'm going to make you work for it and have some fun while you're at it
Most of the competitions will be for teams of four. To take part in any of the competitions, you MUST be a member of the alliance. The competitions are open to everyone including leaders and officers. Only I can't compete (unless of course someone is helping me with adjudication - then they can't compete either).

The rules...

1. You must be a member of the alliance (KoDR, DRK, PotD, SoR, BRO or Nova).

2. You must not break any of the usual alliance rules (i.e. no sales on alliance chat - see the guild rules here: http://kodr.aceboard.com/252404-2479-378-0-Guild-Rules.htm if you are unsure).

3. You must stick to deadlines - if the competition says it finishes at 12pm GMT and you aren't there until 3pm GMT you've missed it, sorry.

4. Each competition will start with a new thread on this board. If you wish to take part in a competition, register your name in the relevent thread.

maybe its a good idea if people can also join without a team and then you make teams out of all people missing a team

There's nothing in the overall rules about having to be in a team to begin with. There are still a lot of people who want to play and have said as much in the other thread but are in the process of sorting out teams.

I request a re-trial for the scavenger hunt competition. In the rule no.3 of competition set out by Rose, it states that if a person is not within at most 3 hours of the deadline that they would have missed the check in and therefore my items would not be included. Although rule no. 3 is not clear on exact timing, I feel that it shouldn't have been restricted for only an hour say. It was my fault for not realising that my team needed me at exactly 6pm BST. Therefore by restricting me from showing what I have got for the sake of the points for my team at this time is breaking the rules. I feel bad about losing out for my team and therefore if no re-trial check-in is arranged, I will duely resign as a member of this guild and alliance as I believed that trust and devotion is needed between us as alliance and guild members and if this is not fulfilled then I shall leave reluctantly. This is not about the prize, it's about the shame of not being there. I just want the points for my team. That is all. It is up to Rose. The time of this post is proof that I had asked for re-trial within the permitted time.

Hmmm... in all likelihood the above post is an April Fool. However, I am willing to count up your points and add them (as it is not yet 9pm and you took my example somewhat literally) if you are on-line when I log on in a few minutes Wind. All prizes have already been awarded though.

ohhhhh ahhhhh i need to compete   (although i think you should gather that for an admission fee) ex:  entry cost 1k from all participants than any green weapons and pets etc... can be from you or maye intsead of paying money for entry ppl can use greens etc..... and so on

Nice idea, although that's somewhat against the ethos of the alliance in general. While I am happy to take donations of green items or mini-pets that people do not want, I do not expect this to happen and I will not ask for money or charge an entry fee.
