ok, cool
not cool
what utter nonsense. There are a number of full guild halls in the alliance you can go to at any time you need to see an NPC that is not in your own guild hall. If you wish your guild hall to be full, it is a GUILD problem, not an alliance one. I don't see TSO trying to essentially charge people for a party in order to fill their guild hall.
The idea of a party is cool and games etc. would be a nice way to get people together. I would strongly suggest you don't sell things such as alcohol to raise money. If you want to raise money for your guild, maybe some kind of raffle might work, say 100g for a "ticket" (which people are not obliged to buy) where you give people a number from one to one hundred, you then use the /roll100 emote with witnesses to see which number has won, giving a prize of either 50% of the "pot" with 50% going towards your guild, or a prize that people would think it worth paying 100g to win (black or white dye for example). | |||||||
