If you look at my desktop (the first one I posted) you'll see Crysis on there too. I've been trying it, I havn't actually bought it, but so far its not half bad except for the fact that it runs pretty crappy on my computer just because its so slow.

Now, as for the custom task bar, I used a custom visual theme but windows does not normally allow you to use your own themes.

There are some options for software to force windows to allow this. You can buy a program called Window Blinds by Stardock. http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ This is about $20.

The option I used is completely free. It is just a patch that replaces the file blocking you from using a custom theme. It is called UXTheme Multi-Patcher. Then I used the Alien XP theme.

I have looked and I can't seem to find it again, so you can download the zip with the theme including the multi-patcher below. I know this works on XP but I think they made it to work on Vista as well.

The theme is in the Alien XP\Visual Style\Alien XP folder. If you run across any problems, just contact me. If the patcher doesn't work, it can be reversed.

Lol, I hate steam I dont want to start it up every time,
Plus it might be lazyness of not wanting to clean up icons :P

Crysis doesnt run on my computer because lack of memory, or well it does, but i dont really wanna blow up my pc But it's alot like farcry, in my opinion. a bit too much

Guildwars update is basically an extra command where it LOADS everything, every area every outpost, so when i reinstall I don't have to wait 5 minutes at every area. :P
(just look up  -image command or so in wiki or put this in the target: "D:\Games\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image )

I was talking about this to Nightbringer the other day, IE's not bad, it's just everything else is better :P

Mostly though, it's down to personal preference, you can't get rick-rolled with Chrome but it's not as frequently compatible as say Firefox. All in all, they're equal, except for IE, which is generally below average...

I still use IE from time to time, I just mostly use firefox. IE has improved massively over what it used to be - but I'm used to firefox these days. Not that it doesn't have it's problems... security for one (it doesn't encrypt passwords for example).

I honestly have no problems with it but I think I may try Chrome.

Firefox is just to busy an interface I prefer to only have what I need in the window
