I've just hero/henched THK with this and my only monk was Mhenlo. In the whole mission, there was only one casualty and that was because I was distracted by a PM. This was in Normal Mode,but Jalis is one of that special breed of suicidal NPCs.

My Paragon started life as a survivor, subsequently my armour is still geared more towards high health than anything, so I currently have +2 to leadership and +0 to motivation. Obviously higher attributes would make this more effective but it's not all that necessary.

Equipment
Anything that gives a bonus to energy may prove useful.
Runes for Motivation and Leadership

Use
Mostly scream your heart out to provide damage reduction and healing. Where extra healing is needed use mending refrain and signet of synergy. Use Cautery Signet for timely party wide condition removal.
